Circular air flotation machine is a type of dissolved air flotation machine, made of carbon steel plate, with internal fiberglass anti-corrosion treatment (can be made according to customer requirements). It mainly consists of the main engine, dissolution device, dosing device, walking platform and other parts.
working principle:
Wastewater enters the main sewage area through pipelines, and under the action of drug effects, it aggregates and coagulates into clumps. A large number of dense and small bubbles are generated by the dissolution device to drive suspended solids up to the water surface, which is then removed by the slag scraping system. Clear water enters the clear water area and is discharged outside the main unit by the clear water collection device.
System Description:
The dissolved gas system mainly consists of a dissolved gas tank, an air compressor, an electric contact pressure gauge, a clear water reflux pump, a liquid level controller, and other parts.
Principle:
Clear water enters the dissolved gas tank through a reflux pump and a jet injector (with inlet pressure between 0.3mpa and 0.4mpa and air pressure between 0.6mpa and 0.8mpa). The air compressor forces the gas into the dissolved gas tank, and the air is mixed into the water through the jet injector inlet. The amount of dissolved water is about one-third of the sewage treatment capacity.
